I'm wearing a VR headset viewing the quality rugs in virtual reality. This was a surreal experience, It shows there can be interactive and accessible ways for users to view products designs.
The Hommes virtual reality is designed with a cohesive interior design to match individual/groups of products, to give the users a feel for the design in a different context. I believe It really dramatizes the product designs and brings the products to life rather than viewing It 2d alone.
FUTURE BUILD (educational visit) 2022
This event, was a great opportunity to learn and communicate with experienced designers who were considering sustainability and high quality designs. This was a great opportunity to learn and hear what the designers had to say. I also was curious to find out how sustainable the products really are and the longevity, as I think it's key that we design with quality design innovation considering our future environmental and design impacts.
DECOREX INTERNATIONAL (EDUCATIONAL VISIT) 2022
This was one of the first events I attended after my graduation. Decorex International was a surreal experience allowing me to grow my design mindset. I was impressed with many of the design aspects and innovative ideas. I also carried out a virtual tour experience using a VR headset. This without a doubt will be the future of design marketing. I was able to have a hands on experience to view fresh concepts around sustainability of materials. I was able to grow my knowledge of material specification.
